Shin-chan's little sister, Himawari Nohara, is kidnapped and he asks for Kamen Rider Fourze's help to go and save her by giving Gentaro a special Shin-chan Switch to transform into anime.
The regular series follows the adventures of the five-year-old Shinnosuke "Shin" Nohara and his parents, baby sister, dog, neighbours, and friends and is set in Kasukabe, Saitama Prefecture.
