As much as I love the Banded Shoulder Dislocate for muscle activation, it's very easy to get away with flexibility compensations. The stick is not so nice about your awkward shoulders! Any lack of rotation from side to side will be highlighted pretty quickly. But, the nice thing is it only takes practice to improve this!
