Since 1866, the Lifeboat Fund has helped us save lives at sea by raising money to pay for new lifeboats, buy kit, equipment and training for lifeboat crews and lifeguards. Our longest serving supporter and one of the biggest single contributors to the RNLI. | RNLI

Every year, around 1,200 lifeboat crew members train at the RNLI College in Poole, Dorset. The state-of-the-art Sea Survival Centre there gives them practical experience in sea safety and survival techniques.
