EPIC Goanna Chase In Large Avocado Tree! Well this was certainly fun and very dangerous at the same time. A family had a cheeky Lace Monitor stealing all the eggs from the chicken coop so they called us to come out and catch it and relocate it elsewhere. The main problem was that there was an avocado tree in the chicken coop area and the goanna was at the top of it! After jumping from branch to brach chasing this lizard I was finally able to secure him without falling out of the tree. One of the

Big Goanna Certainly Made Things Difficult... I have caught heaps of Lace Monitors over the years and today big fella was one of the toughest jobs I have had...not to actually catch him which was rather easy, but to get him into my transport tube! He did not want any part of going in that tube and it took me ages and a bit of friendly muscle to get him in there. Then for the release he decided to wedge himself in the tube and not come out haha! - Stu | Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7

Huge Goanna Next To Front Door! We received a call from a lady in Beerwah who had a large Lace Monitor literally hanging out on the wall next to her front door. She left it for an hour or so but the lizard just wouldnt go away haha so she called us to come out. As part of our 12 days of Christmas giveaways we wanted to give someone a free snake callout, and this was our lucky lady! She was absolutely stoked that we were able to catch the lizard and relocate him to a nice patch of bushland. Stu &

Goanna eats a dirty Nappy! Stu to the rescue! Make sure you watch to the end as the second bit of nappy that comes out is HUGE! Talk about being in the right place at the right time... Stu headed out for a day trip to Conondale with family and friends yesterday on his day off. While he was there, a Lace monitor decided to go through someones rubbish bin and take out a dirty nappy. It climbed up the tree with it and started to eat it. Thankfully Stu was able to catch the Goanna and try and help i
