My baby girl is learning Grand Pas for her school’s Nutcracker, and we’ve been having a little fun together in the basement. For this year’s Houston Ballet II Evaluations, students performed variations from Stanton Welch’s Sleeping Beauty and The Nutcracker, as well as contemporary variations from Trey McIntire’s Leatherwing Bat and a new work by Principal Jessica Collado.
