This is a Reuge / Selcol collaborative carousel music box from the 1940s or 1950s. I repaired it about 10 years ago and it is genuinely my favourite music box. Unfortunately, my washing machine died and I am rapidly running out of wearable clothing, and this is one of the only things I think could maybe match the value or a washing machine.
